Tumblin v. State of Florida, SC07-2111

Conviction for first degree murder and robbery and sentence of death are reversed, vacated and remanded for a new trial as a police officer's testimony regarding the truthfulness of a key state witness deprived defendant of a fair trial, which affected both the guilt phase and the penalty phase.
