Conviction of defendant for first-degree murder and sentence of death are affirmed where: 1) trial court's denial of defendant's motion to suppress photographic and live lineup identifications was proper; 2) defendant's Nelson argument is without merit; 3) trial court did not err in instructing they jury on the avoid arrest aggravator; 4) death sentence imposed was proportionate; and 5) the evidence is sufficient to support defendant's first-degree felony murder conviction.
