Brant v. State of Florida, SC07-2412
Trial court's imposition of death sentence and conviction of defendant for first-degree murder and related crimes is affirmed where: 1) defendant's death sentence is proportionate considering the totality of the circumstances in that the murder was committed during the commission of a sexual battery; and 2) the evidence is sufficient to support the murder conviction.
