Florida Ass'n of Prof. Lobbyists v. Div. of Legislative Info. Serv., SC08-791

In a facial challenge to the Florida law regulating and disciplining lobbyists, the Supreme Court of Florida found: 1) the law does not violate Florida-s separation of powers doctrine; 2) it was validly enacted by the Florida Legislature; and 3) the law does not infringe on the Florida Supreme Court's jurisdiction to regulate lawyers or the practice of law.
