Jackson-Shaw Co. v. Jacksonville Aviation Auth., SC07-2235

Public entity established to develop and administer public airports in Jacksonville did not violate the Florida Constitution by entering an agreement granting a private commercial development company the right to develop vacant land near the airport. Under the challenged agreement, Appellee neither became a joint owner with the private entity, nor gave, lent or used its credit to aid a private entity.
