Trytek v. Gale Indus., Inc., SC07-1641

Where a lienor obtains a judgment against a property owner in an action to enforce a construction lien brought pursuant to section 713.29, Florida Statutes (2005), the trial court is required to apply a "significant issues" test to evaluate entitlement to prevailing party attorneys' fees.
