In re: Amendments to Fla. Fam. L. R. P., SC08-92
In response to the regular-cycle report of the Florida Bar's Family Law Rules Committee, the court adopts the Committee's proposed amendments, with the exception of a proposed amendment to Rule 12.040, regarding procedures for allowing a litigant in a family law case to retain an attorney for limited representation.
