Supreme Court of Florida
Tate v. McNeil, SC07-689
In proceedings arising from a petition for habeas relief brought by a prisoner convicted of first-degree murder, upon order to show cause the Supreme Court of Florida finds that petitioner has abused the processes of the Court and hindered the ability of the Court to properly resolve the matters properly before it. Consequently, sanctions are imposed and the clerk is directed to reject for filing any future pleadings, petitions, motions, documents, or other filings submitted by petitioner that are related to his conviction and sentence in the case at issue, unless signed by a member in good standing of The Florida Bar.
