Florida Bar v. Bloom, SC06-1025
In attorney disciplinary proceedings, a referee's report recommending that respondent-attorney be found guilty of professional misconduct and disbarred is disapproved as to certain Rules violations, but otherwise the report is approved and respondent is disbarred over his challenges to: 1) the referee's failure to find several additional mitigating factors; and 2) the recommendation of disbarment.
