A petition for review is granted and the decision under review -- in which a district court prohibited a juvenile court judge from requiring the appearance of an executive agency officer regarding a matter within the jurisdiction of that court -- is quashed and the matter is remanded to the Third District Court of Appeal for reconsideration upon application of the decision in F.G. v. Agency for Persons with Disabilities, 31 Fla. L. Weekly S610 (Fla. Sept. 28, 2006).
