As it applies to a mentally disabled adult whose nontestimonial hearsay statement the trial court determines meets certain qualifications of reliability, Florida Statutes section 90.803(24) is constitutional and not in violation of a criminal defendant's right to confront witnesses under the Florida and United States constitutions.
