In a death penalty case, an order denying a motion for postconviction relief under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850 and an order concluding that defendant is not mentally retarded are affirmed over claims of error regarding: 1) ineffective assistance of counsel; 2) an improper sentencing order; 3) jury instructions; and 4) the mental retardation claims.
