Coday v. State of Florida, SC02-1920

A conviction for first-degree murder is affirmed but the death sentence vacated and remanded to the trial judge for reevaluation of the mitigation and the sentence where the trial court erred in finding that a mitigating circumstance -- inability to conform his conduct to the requirements of the law -- had not been established.
