Inquiry Concerning a Judge, Re: Albritton, SC05-851

A recommendation by the Judicial Qualifications Commission that a judge receive the sanction of a public reprimand, a thirty-day unpaid suspension from office, a fine, and payment of costs for violating the Code of Judicial Conduct is approved due to his violating a substantial number of the canons of the Code of Judicial Conduct for a variety of reasons.
