Denial of a motion for postconviction relief and a petition for habeas relief from a conviction and death sentence for first-degree murder are affirmed and denied, respectively, over claims of error regarding: 1) Brady and Giglio claims; 2) ineffective assistance of counsel; 3) a denial of the assistance of a competent mental health expert at the time of trial; 4) inappropriate summary denial of claims; 5) the constitutionality of Florida's capital sentencing procedure; and 6) the constitutionality of the conviction and sentence.
