Denial of a motion for postconviction relief and a petition for habeas relief from a conviction and death sentence for first-degree murder and related charges are affirmed and denied, respectively, over claims of error regarding: 1) ineffective assistance of counsel; 2) whether an Indiana conviction was a felony under Florida law for purposes of establishing the prior violent felony aggravating circumstance; and 3) cumulative error.
