Smith v. Krosschell, SC05-488

In a dispute involving the applicability of the -Save Our Homes- cap on annual property assessments in a situation involving a computer data entry error which resulted in undervalued property, the court finds that section 197.122(1) applies to correct such an error and that pursuant to the statute, the error -may be corrected at any time,- without violating the -Save Our Homes- cap of the Florida Constitution.
