Inquiry Concerning a Judge, No. 05-131, Re: Downey, SC05-2228

A stipulation between the Judicial Qualifications Commission (JQC) and a judge and a recommendation of the JQC that the judge be publicly reprimanded for violating the Code of Judicial Conduct are accepted and approved, respectively, in a case involving charges related to viewing of pornography from a courthouse computer, a failure to disclose a juror written communication, and improper contact and communication with female attorneys.
