An order denying defendant's motion for postconviction relief and a petition for habeas relief from a capital murder conviction and death sentence are affirmed and denied, respectively, over claims of error regarding: 1) a mental health evaluation; 2) ineffective assistance of counsel; 3) a Giglio claim; 4) a Stumpf due process claim; and 5) the constitutionality of Florida's capital sentencing statute under Ring and Apprendi.
