Inquiry Concerning a Judge, Re: Renke, SC03-1846
Upon review of a recommendation of the Judicial Qualifications Commission that a circuit judge be disciplined, the judge is removed as a judge where clear and convincing evidence supported the commission's findings, including flagrant misrepresentations made to the voting public during the judge's judicial campaign, coupled with serious campaign financial misconduct and violations of law.
