Reynolds v. State of Florida, SC03-1919

Defendant's convictions and sentences of death for first-degree murder are affirmed over claims of error regarding: 1) admissibility of evidence; 2) sufficiency of the evidence; 3) a waiver of a sentencing recommendation from the penalty phase jury; 4) prior violent felony aggravating circumstance; 5) jury instructions; 6) residual or lingering doubt; 7) aggravation and mitigation; 8) the constitutionality of Florida's death penalty; and 9) the proportionality of the sentence.
