Convictions for murder and related offenses, and a death sentence are affirmed over claims of error regarding: 1) sufficiency of the evidence; 2) lack of jurisdiction and improper venue; 3) denial of a suppression motion; 4) a state expert's testimony before the jury; 5) prosecutorial misconduct; 6) exclusion of evidence; 7) an entomology expert's testimony; 8) denial of a motion to exclude an in-court identification of defendant's vehicle; 9) the constitutionality of the state death penalty statute; 10) imposition of aggravators to arrive at a death sentence; and 11) proportionality of the death penalty.
