Denial of a motion for postconviction relief is affirmed and a petition for a writ of habeas corpus is denied in a death penalty case over claims of error regarding: 1) ineffective assistance of counsel claims; 2) prosecutorial misconduct; 3) unconstitutionality of defendant's death sentence; 4) a prosecutor's representation of the state at an evidentiary hearing; 5) a Ring claim; and 6) a Faretta inquiry.
