Denial of a motion for postconviction relief is affirmed in a first degree murder, death penalty case over claims of ineffective assistance of counsel and cumulative error, and denial of a motion for DNA testing is affirmed where the circuit court properly ruled that defendant could not obtain DNA testing based on the speculative allegations in his motion.
