Mungin v. State of Florida, SC03-780, SC03-1774

An order denying a motion for postconviction relief and a petition for habeas relief challenging a first-degree murder conviction and death sentence are affirmed and denied, respectively, over claims of error regarding: 1) recusal of a judge; 2) a public records request; 3) a failure to review certain evidence; 4) ineffective assistance of counsel; 5) public defender's conflict of interest; 6) jury instruction; and 7) a Ring claim.
