Summary judgment for plaintiffs holding that the unconstitutionality of a particular subsection rendered the "Woman-s Right to Know Act," an informed consent statute involving termination of pregnancies, facially unconstitutional is reversed where the lower courts erred in holding that the Act was unconstitutional on the basis of the particular subsection at issue.
