Buzia v. State of Florida, SC04-582

A conviction and death sentence for first-degree murder and related offenses is affirmed over claims of error regarding findings of various aggravating circumstances, that the death penalty was unwarranted, and that Florida's sentencing procedures violate Ring v. Arizona, 536 U.S. 584 (2002).
