Orders denying defendant's motion for postconviction relief and a petition for habeas relief challenging his capital murder conviction are affirmed and denied, respectively, over claims of error regarding: 1) Brady and Giglio claims; 2) the scope of an evidentiary hearing; 3) ineffective assistance of counsel during the guilt phase; 4) newly discovered evidence; 5) ineffective assistance of counsel during the penalty phase of trial; 6) error of fact; and 7) the constitutionality of the death penalty.
