Supreme Court of Florida
Penalver v. State of Florida, SC00-1602
Judgments and sentences in a capital murder are vacated where the trial court erred in several of its evidentiary rulings, and the errors warranted reversal in the case because it was not possible to say that the errors did not contribute to the finding of guilt.
