Riggs v. State of Florida, SC05-133

Suppression of evidence in a prosecution for manufacturing cannabis and possessing drug paraphernalia is reversed where deputies acted reasonably and consistent with the Fourth Amendment in entering defendant's apartment without a warrant after finding a child wandering alone around defendant's apartment complex.
