Costarell v. Fla. Unemployment Appeals Comm'n, sc04-1429
A certified conflict between decisions in Costarell v. Unemployment Appeals Comm'n, 874 So. 2d 43 (Fla. 2d 2004) and Dines v. Florida Unemployment Appeals Comm'n, 730 So. 2d 378 (Fla. 3d 1999) are resolved by quashing the Costarell decision regarding the requirements for filing of unemployment benefit claims during appeals.
