CARUSO v. BAUMLE, SC03-127
In a case involving the introduction in evidence of personal injury protection (PIP), the Appellate Court's decision is affirmed, answering that: 1) evidence of PIP benefits must be presented to the trier of fact; and 2) the jury must be instructed on the existence of a plaintiff's PIP benefits.
