SULLIVAN v. SAPP, SC02-2490
A grandparent seeking visitation rights may not intervene in a paternity action after a final judgment of paternity has been entered and the case is pending rehearing solely on an economic issue. Florida Statutes section 61.13(2)(b)2.c is violative of the natural parent's right of privacy as articulated in article I, section 23 of the Florida Constitution.
