IN RE: CONSTITUTIONALITY OF HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 25E., SC03-1912
House Joint Resolution 25E is valid and is hereby approved as the 2004 apportionment of the Florida Legislature as the plan satisfies the equal protection standard of one person, one-vote; and the plan satisfies the State constitutional requirement that the districts contain contiguous, overlapping, or identical territory.
