KNOWLES v. STATE OF FLORIDA, SC01-2778

Where the trial court found that unfair use of a former defense witness's testimony did not substantially influence the verdict, the issue must be remanded for reconsideration of whether the error was harmless under State v. DiGuilio, 491 So. 2d 1129 (1986).
