The decision of United Auto. Ins. Co. v. Rodriguez, 808 So.2d 82 (2001), rendered erroneous certain language, contained in Perez v. State Farm Fire & Cas. Co., 746 So.2d 1123 (1999), as to an insurer's obligations to pay a medical bill upon receipt of a doctor's report.
