Police have probable cause to search a vehicle's passenger compartment and trunk where the totality of circumstances reveal a strong odor of illegal narcotics coming from the vehicle, the suspect is extremely nervous and jittery during pre-search interaction with law enforcement, and drugs are found on the suspect when frisked.
