A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. v. Dublon, 4D06-3502
In an action against a company for losses which occurred in two different trust accounts, rulings finding that plaintiff was required to arbitrate some claims but not others are affirmed in part and reversed in part where: 1) she had to arbitrate all claims on an account she signed; but 2) she was not required to arbitrate claims regarding a trust account in which she was the beneficiary, but not the signatory.
