TRW Auto. U.S. LLC v. Papandopoles, 4D05-4816

An order denying defendants' motions to dismiss lawsuits brought by Argentine citizens involved in Ford Explorer roll-over accidents on forum non conveniens grounds is reversed and remanded for the trial court to conduct an adequate forum non conveniens analysis pursuant to Kinney System, Inc. v. Continental Insurance Co., 674 So. 2d 86 (Fla. 1996).
