Denial of attorney's fees for the wife in a dissolution action is reversed and remanded where the trial court had jurisdiction to award the wife fees since the parties- post-judgment agreement to arbitrate did not modify the Final Judgment, thus the arbitration proceedings at issue were in the nature of enforcement proceedings.
