District Court of Appeal of Florida

Juega v. Davidson, 3d05-2785

Dismissal of the administrator of defendant's brother's estate from an action for recovery of debt owed to the estate is affirmed where the administrator lacked standing to sue since the close of the estate removed his ability to act in a representative capacity for the real party in interest.
