District Court of Appeal of Florida
Carmona v. McKinley, 2D06-1850, 2D06-1852, 2D06-1854
In matters brought against a property owner's law firm seeking to foreclose on plaintiffs' liens arising from labor performed on the real property, dismissal of each of plaintiffs-subcontractors' individual complaints against defendant is reversed where the trial court impermissibly looked beyond the four corners of the complaints in granting defendant's motions to dismiss.
