District Court of Appeal of Florida

Nourse v. Nourse, 2D05-2830

A judgment of dissolution of marriage is affirmed in part over former wife's claims of error where there was no error in an attorney's fees award and the trial court-s award of equitable distribution was supported by competent, substantial evidence in the record and was not an abuse of discretion. However, the court finds that the trial court should have awarded at least nominal permanent alimony and reverses the judgment to that extent.
