Petitions for writs of certiorari brought by the Department of Children and Families challenging orders requiring it to advise a sheriff's office where to transport certain defendants or to take custody of them, and directing the sheriff's office to transport them to a specific facility if the Department failed to comply, are granted in part where the court lacked the authority to direct the Department to place a committed individual in a specific facility.
