District Court of Appeal of Florida

Simpson v. Norton, 3d06-0971

Orders arising out of the probate administration of the estate of appellant's uncle are affirmed where: 1) the trial court's factual findings regarding personal property were supported by competent and substantial evidence; 2) a delay between the oral ruling and the written order did not affect appellant's right to purchase estate property; and 3) appellant's argument that she is entitled to reimbursement from the estate for funeral expenses and mortgage payments is premature.
