Mills v. Mills, 3d03-3212

Amended final judgment of dissolution of marriage is reversed where: 1) the trial court misapprehended the scope of the remand from the prior appeal; 2) the successor trial court applied the incorrect legal standard in reaching its conclusions as to permanent periodic alimony; and 3) the former wife was entitled to certain attorney's fees.
