In a dispute between a tenant occupying a commercial property and landlord, an order in favor of the landlord entered pursuant to a settlement agreement between the parties is reversed as the order exceeded the relief contemplated by the agreement with regards to continued enforcement of lease terms regarding insurance and ad valorem taxes.
