In a case involving two men claiming fatherhood of a boy shot to death by a police officer for purposes of bringing a wrongful death action, denial of biological father's petition for administration is affirmed where, due to an existing adjudication of paternity, he was not currently an heir in accordance with the applicable statutes and was not entitled to preference in appointment as personal representative.
