District Court of Appeal of Florida

C.K. v. Dep't of Children & Families, 4D06-3486

An order finding a father unfit for placement of a minor child in his home and requiring him to comply with the requirements of the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children (ICPC) and complete other tasks is affirmed only as to the ICPC study, and is otherwise reversed where the trial court lacked a sufficient basis for ordering father, who had been found to be a non-offending parent in dependency proceedings, to complete various counseling programs.
