District Court of Appeal of Florida
M.M. v. Dep't of Children & Families, 4D06-1758
An adjudication of dependency entered as to mother's child is reversed where the record was not sufficient to support the adjudication under the statutory sections at issue because insufficient evidence supported a conclusion that the mother-s responses to father's mental health, or her failure to extend a domestic violence restraining order, constituted imminent harm to the child.
